An adult learner is someone at least 18 years old OR someone at least 16 years old AND LEGALLY withdrawn from the public school setting.  This type of scholar will receive instruction based on the Adult Education Content Standards.  These goals are most critical in advancing within the workplace, continuing education, or pursuing new career options.
